You can cancel ticket numbers provided by a third party, if you have the appropriate permissions. When cancelling ticket numbers, you can only work with one performance at a time.
To cancel tickets from a third party, complete the following:
- Open the Utilities application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Performances tab.
The Performances|Templates page appears.
- Select the Tickets tab.
The Performances|Tickets page appears.
- Search for and select the performance that you want to work with.

- Select the performance you want to work with in the matching performances section.
- In the add or cancel tickets section, enter the ticket number(s) you are cancelling in the 'Ticket Numbers' field.

- Click 'Cancel Tickets'.
A window prompting you to confirm the cancellation of the ticket numbers appears. The window displays the total number of tickets that will be cancelled. This number is based on the number of lines you entered in the 'Ticket Numbers' field.
- Click 'OK'.
A window confirming the application cancelled the tickets appears. The window displays the total number of tickets cancelled. If the ticket number could not be found, the application will ignore the number.
- Click 'OK'.
