Blank Screen or Connection Error
If the Facebook App is connected to a Staging environment which uses a port number (i.e. 8070) then you may receive a connection error or a blank screen. To bypass this, the URL must be changed to https:// from http.

JSON Error
If you receive a JSON error, ensure that 'Facebook App ID' and 'Facebook Application Secret' values have been correctly entered on the Content Management application Site|Branding page.
