Partial offers can be created so that customers have the option of selecting only a portion of the admissions being offered to them (via the AudienceView Desktop or the customerOffers.asp page in AudienceView Online). Only the admissions can be selected, if other items exist on the partial offer (i.e. bundles, miscellaneous items and gifts) they will be added to the first order. They cannot be partially accepted. Once the items have been added to an order, the remaining offer will not have access to them. The portions of the offer that have already been purchased will remain visible in the offer, but are not accessible. Once a partial offer has been completely filled, the 'Status' will change from Partially Accepted to Accepted.

To enable a group of users to partially accept offers, complete the following:

1. Open the Application Security application from the AudienceView Desktop.
2. Select the Group tab.
   The Group|Search page appears.
3. Search for and select the group that you are enabling to partially accept offers (WebSales for AudienceView Online and the appropriate sales representative group(s) for the AudienceView Desktop). For more information, refer to Application Security Group-Search Page and Performing Searches.
   The Group|Basic page appears.
4. Select the Permissions tab.
   The Group|Permissions page appears.
5. Select the TSOrderBO permission.
   Current actions users can perform in regards to this permission appear.
6. From the 'Actions' field, select keepSeats by holding CTRL while clicking them.

   Information If you do not hold CTRL while selecting the keepSeats options all of the options that are currently selected will be deselected.

7. Click 'Update Details'.
8. Click 'Apply'.
   A window confirms that the application updated the group.
9. Click 'OK'.

Information When you create the offer ensure that you select Partial from the 'Redemption Type' dropdown on the Customer Services application Offers|Summary page.

To allow Online users to create a partial offer via Online, complete the following:

1. Open the Registry application from the AudienceView Desktop.
2. Navigate to the Registry::EN::Business Objects::TSorderBO::Offer::Redemption Type node.
3. Select Partial from the 'Default Value' dropdown.
4. Click 'Apply'.
   A window confirms that the application updated the Registry.
5. Click 'OK'.
