Displaying Availability Indicators

You can configure whether or not the seat availability indicators (e.g. Excellent, Good) display on the Customer Services application Seat|Search page as well as upsell/add-on articles (containing search widgets) that appear in the Desktop and/or on the default.asp page for AudienceView Online. When enabled for the Customer Services application Seat|Search page, the cells of the 'Availble Seats' column in the select performance section will coloured.

To enable the availability indicators, complete the following:

  1. Open the Application Security application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Users or Group tab.
    The associated Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the appropriate user or group.  For more information, refer to Application Security - Users|Search Page or Application Security - Group|Search Page and Performing Searches
    The associated Basic page appears.
  4. Select the Content tab.
    The associated Content page appears.
  5. Select the Online or Customer Services property.
  6. Select Ticket Availability property by holding CTRL and clicking on it.
    If you do not hold CTRL while selecting the Ticket Availability option all of the options that are currently selected will be deselected.
  7. Click 'Apply'.
    A window confirms that the application updated the user or group.
  8. Click 'OK'.
