Modifying Availability Percentages

You can create a threshold at which a performance availability is indicated to be Excellent, Good, and so on.

To adjust the availability percentages, complete the following:

  1. Open the Registry application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Navigate to the:
    1. Registry::EN::Application::Online::Availability Thresholds node to modify the AudienceView Online thresholds.
    2. Registry::EN::Application::Customer::Availability Thresholds node to modify the Customer Services application Seat|Search page and upsell/add-on articles (containing search widgets) thresholds.
  3. Modify the percentages that appear in the following fields.
    • Excellent Percent: The default is set to 100.
    • Good Percent: The default is set to 50.
    • Limited Percent: The default is set to 25.
    • Sold Out Percent: The default is set to 0.
Information
For example, if a performance has 65% of its seats available it will display as having Excellent availabilty online because it falls between 51% and 100%. When the performance's availability reaches 50% the status will change to Good.
