When a customer searches for performances via AudienceView Online, the availability of each performance is returned in real time. The 'Seat Service Performance Timeout' field allows you define when the performances will be cleared after the configured period of inactivity. The default setting is 7D or seven days.
To change the performance availability cache timeout, complete the following:
- Open the Registry from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Navigate to System::Configuration node.
- Enter the duration in which you want inactive performances to remain in the cache in the 'Seat Service Performance Timeout' field.

- Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the application updated the Registry.
- Click 'OK'.
