Configuring the Admission Warning Limit

Adding particularly large quantities of admissions to an order/offer can cause the system to run slowly. By defining an 'Admission Warning Limit', users will be notified when they are about to process a large volume of addmissions. Users must then confirm that they want to continue.

To set the admission warning limits, complete the following:

  1. Open the Registry application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. To set the admission warning limit against orders, navigate to the Registry::EN::TSorderBO node.
  3. To set the admission warning limit against offers, navigate to the Registry::EN::TSofferBO node.
  4. Enter the quantity of admissions that you want to trigger the warning message in the 'Admission Warning Message' field.
The default setting for both orders and offers is 200 admissions.
  5. Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the application updated the Registry.
  6. Click 'OK'
