Information
For example, you can configure a customer marketing field to display a question, such as "How did you find out about this event?", in the label field. The question will appear on the Customer Services application Customer|Basic page. When a customer places an order through the box office or via telephone, your representative can ask the question and then input the answer in the available field. This information can then be tracked via a BI Query. |
To configure one of the above marketing data fields, navigate to the node and customize an existing node or click 'New Node'.
The TScustomerBO::Marketing and TSorderBO::Marketing nodes contain 80 marketing data fields each. The following table outlines the different types of marketing data fields that can be used.
