If customers will be receiving PDF tickets by email, either through a ticket seller or websales, the order email from address must be set; this is the email address that shows up on the email as the sender’s address. The default value set in the Registry can be overridden for individual roles.
To set the order email from address, perform the following:
- Open the Registry application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Navigate to the Registry::EN::Business Objects::TSorderBO node.
- Enter the appropriate email address in the 'fromAddress' field.
- Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the application updated the Registry.
- Click 'OK'.
