Modifying Marketing Data List Options for Reporting

Some AudienceView reports enable you to filter the report based on customer and order marketing data. However, when selecting which marketing data to use in the report, AudienceView uses the Customer Marketing Data and Order Marketing Data lists.

For example, if you modified the label of 'Marketing Data 1', when reporting, this data field will be displayed as 'data1'. You can modify the marketing data list to reflect the label change.

To set the marketing data options for reporting, complete the following:

  1. Open the General Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Lists tab.
    The Lists|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select one of the following lists:
    1. Customer Marketing Data
    2. Order Marketing Data

      For more information, refer to General Configuration - Lists|Search Page and Performing Searches.

      The Lists|Basic page appears.
  4. Update the 'Label' of the marketing data field to match the label set in Setting Marketing Fields for BI.
  5. Click 'Apply'.
    A window confirms that the application updated the Registry.
  6. Click 'OK'.
