Deleting a Bundle Version

 

A bundle’s version information specifies the version details (Bundles|Details page), pricing and performances (Bundles|Elements page) and any gift certificates (Bundles|Certificates page). You can delete a version if it has an effective date in the future and you have the appropriate permissions.

To delete a version effective in the future, complete the following:

  1. Open the Product Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Bundles tab.
    The Bundles|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the bundle with the version that you want to delete. For more information, refer to the Product Configuration Bundles|Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Bundles|Details page appears. The versions section displays the versions. If the version can be deleted, it will have a check box in the 'del?' column.
  4. Select the 'del?' check box to the left of the version that you want to delete.
  5. Click 'Apply'.
    A window confirms that the application updated the bundle.
  6. Click 'OK'.
