Creating a Draw Down Bundle

The prerequisites for creating a draw down bundle are the same for creating a regular bundle with the following exceptions:

  • A dummy performance must be created for each applicable venue. The dummy performances will be used to hold the renewal seats for customers.
  • A price chart must be created containing the full value of the bundle in each of the prize zones.
When performances are added to the bundle, the value of each performance will be subtracted from the value of the price chart.
Warning
If you are planning on renewing a bundle using the miscellaneous item quantity and/or the gift value from the source order, the miscellaneous item and gift should be added to the order outside of the bundle.
