If you have sold a Draw Down bundle that now has performances associated to it, you must update the sold bundles to include the appropriate performances.
To update an existing order, complete the following:

Open the Utilities application from the AudienceView Desktop.

Select the Renewals tab.
The Renewals|Search page appears.

Click 'Create New'.
The Renewals|Details page appears.

Select Update Order from the 'Renewal Type' dropdown.
The order renewal fields appear.

Enter the order renewal details into the applicable fields of the renewal detail section.

Select the Seating tab.
The Renewals|Seating page appears.

Select the seat rule that you want to update.
The seating rules section appears.

Select Bundle to Bundle from the 'Renewal Mapping' dropdown.
The page refreshes.

Enter the name of the bundle that you want to update in the 'Bundle From' field or click to search for and select the bundle.

Enter the name of the same bundle in the 'Bundle To' field or click to search for and select the bundle.
For more information, refer to The Find Bundles Dialog Box.

Select the performances that have recently been added to the bundle from the 'Performance To' field.
To select more than one performance, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections.

Ensure that From Source is selected in the price type option section.

Click 'Create'
A window confirms that the application created the renewal.

Click 'OK'.
You can now execute the renewal by clicking 'Execute'.

Caution
Once a renewal has been created, you can click 'Execute' at any time to run the batch of renewals, even if there are unsaved changes. If you do not click 'Apply' after modifying a renewal, the changes will not be saved and you will not be able to search for the updated renewal later. |
