Handling Renewals

The Utilities application Renewals pages enable you to renew subscription bundles, offers and donations as required.

The following sections describe how to update renewal information in a batch:

If your attempt to renew renewal subscriptions was not successful, check these possible common problems that may arise and the reasons:
  • The renewal seat was not available to your current role in one or more of the new bundle performances (i.e. it was sold, on offer or inaccessible hold level).
  • The original bundle and new bundle contained one or more of the same performances.
  • The venue(s) are different than the previous season (if you are attempting to renew to the same seat). A bundle can contain multiple venues, but they must remain the same from year to year.
  • The bundle was not a subscription bundle and therefore does not have a renewal seat.
