AudienceView provides your organization with basic Business Intelligence queries to use to perform searching in Utilities. In this chapter, all procedures describe how to search using the default queries.
You can access Business Intelligence queries created by you and those created by others that are Readable or Public.
When creating a BI query, ensure that the appropriate ID result member is also selected (e.g. when creating a Customer BI for use in the Utilities application's Customer pages, ensure that Customer ID is one of the included result members).
In addition, your organization can create additional Business Intelligence queries to search for information specific to your needs using the Business Intelligence and Reports application. For more information, refer to Using Business Intelligence.
