Managing Customer Accounts

AudienceView enables you to collect information about your customers by using customer accounts. Customer accounts can be created from the AudienceView Desktop or whenever a customer makes a purchase through your online sales website. A customer account can have any number of contacts associated with it. This chapter discusses how to work with customer accounts using the Customer tab of the Customer Services application.
