Customer Services - Customer|History|Request Page

The Customer|History|Requests page contains a detailed list of all requests that have been opened for the customer. Click any request record to go to the Order|Summary page.

The Customer|History|Requests page contains the following properties:

Field Description
Request Number The unique number used to identify the request. All displayed requests are sorted by this field.
Request Date The date of the request.
Request Status The status of the request (e.g Chargeable pending fulfillment, Not chargeable pending fulfillment, Cancelled, Filled, Not Fillable).
Request Amount The cost of the ticket (excluding taxes and service charges).
