Customer Services - Customer|Entitlements|Memberships Page

The Customer|Entitlements|Memberships page displays the customer’s existing memberships. A customer can earn a membership through donations and the accumulation of points, the purchase of a miscellaneous item or assigned manually. If you have the appropriate permissions you can add or delete memberships. For more information, refer to Managing Customer Memberships.

The following image illustrates the Customer|Entitlements|Memberships page:

Click on the 'Add Membership' button to add a new membership to the account.  For more information, refer to Adding a Membership to an Account.

Click on a membership to expand the customer memberships section. This allows you to edit the 'Start Date' and the 'Expiry Date' of the membership.  The del? column will read editing for the membership being edited.

The Customer|Entitlements|Memberships page contains the following properties:

Field Description
Created On A read-only field which displays the date the membership was assigned to or earned by the customer.
Total Points A read-only field which displays the total points associated with the membership.
Membership A read-only field which displays the name of the membership held by the customer.
Membership Level A read-only field which displays the level of the membership held by the customer.
Start Date The start date for the membership. If you leave this field blank, the current date is automatically entered.
Enter a date into the field or click   to select the date.

Expiry Date The expiry date of the membership.

Add Membership Enables you to add a membership to an account.
