Deleting a Donation Opportunity Forecast

Donation opportunity forecasts can be set against a customer account.

To delete a donation opportunity or a forecast, complete the following:

  1. Open the Customer Services application from the AudienceView Desktop.
    The Customers|Search page appears.
  2. Search for and select the customer that you want to apply a donation forecast to. For more information, refer to the Customer Services - Customer|Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Customer|Basic page appears.
  3. Select the Opportunities tab.
    The Customer|Opportunities page appears.
  4. If you want to delete a forecast:
    1. Select the 'del?' check box(es) next to the forecast(s) that you want to delete.
    2. Click 'Apply'
      A window confirms that the application updated the customer.
    3. Click 'OK'.
  5. If you want to delete an entire opportunity:
    1. Click 'Delete'.
      A window will prompt you to confirm the deletion of the opportunity.
    2. Click 'OK'.
      A window confirms that the application updated the customer.
    3. Click 'OK'.

The totals that appear in the blue header row update to reflect the new forecasts.
