Modifying a Customer Pass Description

Once a pass has been assigned to a customer, you can modify the description of the pass.

To modify the description of a customer’s pass, complete the following:

  1. Open the Customer Services application from the AudienceView Desktop.
    The Customer|Search page appears.
  2. Search for and select the customer that you want to work with. For more information, refer to Searching for a Customer or Contact.
    If you selected the default contact, the Customer|Basic page will appear, otherwise the Customer|Advanced page will appear.
  3. Select the Entitlements tab.
    The Customer|Entitlements|Memberships page appears.
  4. Select the Passes tab.
    The Customer|Entitlements|Passes page appears.
  5. Click on the pass record that you want to edit.
    The pass details appear.
  6. In the ‘Description’ field, enter a new description for the pass.
  7. Click 'Apply'.
    A window confirms that the application updated the customer.
  8. Click 'OK'.
