Modifying a Customer Account

You can modify an existing customer account, if you have the appropriate permissions.

If you decide against changes you have made to any page, and you have not yet clicked 'Apply' to save your changes, clicking 'Reload' will refresh the screen with the previously saved information.

To modify a customer account, complete the following:

  1. Open the Customer Services application from the AudienceView Desktop.
    The Customer|Search page appears.
  2. Search for and select the customer account you are modifying. For more information, refer to Searching for a Customer or Contact.
    The Customer|Basic or Customer|Advanced page appears.
  3. Modify the applicable fields.
    For specific information, refer to the following sections:
  4. Click 'Apply'.
    A window confirms that the application updated the customer.
  5. Click 'OK'.
