The customer and order tracking data is located at the top right of each page in the Customer Services application window, except on the End of Day Balance pages.
This tracker information displays the customer number and default contact's last name for the current agent and order customer, the order customer’s current account balances, the order number of the current order and the number of seats currently on the order.
If an agent is not currently selected or the current agent is a new entry whose account has not yet been saved, the tracker does not display any information regarding agents. If a customer is not currently selected or the current customer is a new entry whose account has not yet been saved, the tracker displays New Customer in place of the customer number and name. If no order is selected or the current order is new and has not yet been created, the tracker displays New Order in place of the order number.
Once an order has been created or updated in the current session (that is, since you last logged in), a link to the last order created or updated is maintained at the top of each page in the Customer Services application window, except on the End of Day Balance pages. Clicking on the link opens the Order|Summary page for that order. The link is refreshed each time an order is created or updated.
