Logging Into AudienceView Online

For a customer to make purchases using online sales, they must log in.

For a customer to log in as an online user, they must complete the following:

  1. In an Internet browser, browse to your online sales site.
  2. Click 'My Account' located at the top of the page.
    The Login page appears.
  3. Enter the 'Username' and 'Password'.
    If the customer does not have an account, refer to Creating an Online User Account for a Customer or How Customers Create Online User Accounts.
    If the customer cannot remember their password, refer to Recovering Online User Passwords. To reset a password for a customer (e.g. if the customer exceeded the allowed login attempts), refer to Resetting Online User Passwords.
  4. Click 'Login'.
    The application verifies the information and if correct, logs the user into online sales. The top of the page displays the user’s first and last name, and the user is able to maintain their account and change their password.
    If the user’s password has expired (e.g. if the user’s account was created for them), the application will prompt them to change their password. For more information on password requirements, refer to Password Settings.
