The Order History|Miscellaneous Items page enables you to view information that is specific to the order’s miscellaneous items.
The following table describes the available search fields.

The name of the miscellaneous item. |

The type of miscellaneous item:

Order Item Net |
The net value of the miscellaneous item (excluding taxes). |

Update Date |
The date range between which a change was made to the order’s miscellaneous items. |

Update User Name |
The user associated with the delete, insert or update record in the order’s miscellaneous item history. |

Update Role |
The user’s role associated with the delete, insert or update record in the order’s miscellaneous item history. |

Order Item Record State |
Enables you to search for a specific type of record in the order’s miscellaneous item history:

Delete: A miscellaneous item is removed

Insert: A miscellaneous item is added
-
Update: A miscellaneous item is updated

Page Size |
Enables you to specify the number of records to display per page returned in the results. |

Order Item Record Number |
The miscellaneous item record number. When a miscellaneous item is added to an order, it is given a record number. The record number is unique for the miscellaneous item across all orders. |

Order Item Print Count |
A count that increments each time the miscellaneous item is printed. A miscellaneous item can only be printed if it is associated with a print template.
AudienceView inserts an Update record whenever a miscellaneous item is printed. |
|
Order Item Net |
The total miscellaneous item amount excluding taxes. |
|
Name |
The name of the miscellaneous item. |

Type |
The type of miscellaneous item:

Update Date |
The date and time that the delete, insert or update record in the order’s miscellaneous item history occurred. |

Indicates whether the action was a:
