Search Seats Section
The search seats section of the Order|Order History|Seats page enables you to search for seats purchased on the selected order.

The search seats section of the Order|Order History|Seats page contains the following properties:
Field |
Description |
Performance Code |
Enables you to filter the search based on the name of the performance.
To add additional fields, click or press CTRL+TAB once you have made an entry. |
Start Date |
Enables you to filter the search based on the date and time of the performance.
Enter a date or relative date into the field or click or to select the date or relative date.

Section Name |
Enables you to filter the search based on the section in the venue in which the admission resides.
To add additional fields, click or press CTRL+TAB once you have made an entry. |
Row |
Enables you to filter the search based on the row in the venue in which the admission resides.
To add additional fields, click or press CTRL+TAB once you have made an entry. |
Seat |
Enables you to filter the search based on the seat number/letter of the admission.
To add additional fields, click or press CTRL+TAB once you have made an entry. |
Price Type Name |
Enables you to filter the search based on the price type associated with the admission.
To add additional fields, click or press CTRL+TAB once you have made an entry. |
Update Date |
Enables you to filter the search based on the date the admission was updated. You can enter a single date or date range.
Enter a date or relative date into the field or click or to select the date or relative date.

Update User Name |
Enables you to filter the search based on the user name of the person who updated the admission.
To add additional fields, click or press CTRL+TAB once you have made an entry. |
Update Role |
Enables you to filter the search based on role of the person who updated the admission.
To add additional fields, click or press CTRL+TAB once you have made an entry. |
Order Grand Total |
Enables you to filter the search based on the order’s total (including charges and taxes). You can enter a single amount or amount range. |
Ticket Number |
Enables you to filter the search based on the printed ticket number. This only applies for those admissions that have been printed.
To add additional fields, click or press CTRL+TAB once you have made an entry. |
Ticket Reprint Reason |
Enables you to filter the search based on the reason for reprinting a ticket.
To add additional fields, click or press CTRL+TAB once you have made an entry. |
Promotion |
Enables you to filter the search based on the promotion associated to the admission.
Enter the promotion into the field and press ENTER or click to search for the promotion.

Order Admission Record State |
Enables you to filter the search based on the type of record in the order’s history:

Delete: Deletion of an admission
-
Insert: The addition of an admission
-
Update: An update to an admission
To select more than one record type, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections.

Page Size |
Enables you to specify the number of records to display per page returned in the results. |
Seats Section
The seats section of the Order|Order History|Seats page displays the results from the search performed in the search seats section. By default, results are sorted by the update date, start date, and the admission’s section, row and seat.

Update User Name |
The user associated with the delete, insert or update record in the order’s seat history. |
Update Role |
The user’s role associated with the delete, insert or update record in the order’s seat history. |
Update Date |
The date and time that the delete, insert or update record in the order’s seat history occurred. |
Order Admission Record State |
Indicates whether the action was a:

Delete: Deletion of an admission
-
Insert: Addition of an admission
-
Update: Update to an admission

Series Name |
The series associated with the admission. |
Performance Code |
The performance associated with the admission. |
Performance Description |
A description of the performance. |
Bundle |
Indicates whether the admission is part of a bundle. |
Start Date |
The date and time of the performance. |
Entrance |
The closest entrance associated with the seat. |
Aisle |
The aisle in the venue in which the admission resides. |
Section Name |
The section in the venue in which the admission resides. |
Row |
The row in the venue in which the admission resides. |
Seat |
The seat number/letter of the admission. |
Amount |
The cost of the admission, including taxes and performance level charges.
This only applies for Insert and Update record states. |
Promotion |
The promotion associated with the admission. |
Net |
The cost of the admission before taxes and performance level charges.
This only applies for Insert and Update record states. |
Price Type Name |
The price type associated with the admission. |
Price Zone |
The price zone associated with the admission. |
Order Number |
The order number associated with the seat. |
Release Reason |
For a Delete record state, the reason for releasing the seat. |
