The Order|Order History page enables you to view the actions that were performed on an order. The history is grouped into several tabs, all of which are searchable, except Order.
Each tab of the Order History page contains corresponding information about specific parts of the order’s history. This page contains the following tabs:

Displays a summary of all of the order’s history. You can click the link to view. |

Seats |
Displays the history relating to the seats purchased for the order. |

Tickets |
Displays the history of the order’s printed tickets. |

Gifts |
Displays the history of the order’s donations. |

Gift Certs/Cards |
Displays the history relating to the purchase of gift certificates and/or gift cards on the order. Payments made with gift certificates or gift cards are displayed on the Payments page. |

Charges |
Displays the history of the order’s charges. |
|
Miscellaneous Items |
Displays the history of the order’s miscellaneous items. |
|
Payments |
Displays the history of the order’s payments. |
|
Bundles |
Displays the history of the bundles associated with the order. |
|
Correspondence |
Displays the history of the correspondence associated with the order. |
