You can manually print or reprint an order or individual items on an order, if you have the appropriate permissions. If you are reprinting tickets, the application first cancels the original tickets and then generates new ones. You must have permission to cancel tickets. For more information on what prints, refer to Printing Orders.
When printing, you must set your printer settings. Press SHIFT+S to check your printer settings. If you want to generate ticket numbers and/or gift certificate/card redemption numbers without physically printing, refer to Preprinting.
To print or reprint items, complete the following:
- Open the Customer Services application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Order tab.
The Order|Search page appears.
- Search for and select the order that you want to print. For more information, refer to Searching for an Order.
The Order|Summary page appears.

- Open the page that contains the item you want to print, if applicable.
- Select the 'select?' check box next to the item you want to print
- Click 'Print'.
On the Order|Seats|Seats or Order|Bundles|Seats pages, you may have to click the performance or bundle name to view the admissions.

The application prints the items. If you reprinted a ticket, you will be prompted to enter a reason for cancelling the original tickets. For more information on what is printed based on the order’s delivery method, refer to Printing Orders.
