Managing Customer Passes on an Order

A pass is used to hold a customer’s admissions and/or benefits as well as allow non-assigned admission entry to a set of performances, such as in the case of an “all access pass”. Passes can be earned through a membership or given to a customer with the purchase of a bundle or miscellaneous item. If the customer earns the pass through the purchase of a bundle, the application automatically assigns the bundle’s admissions to the pass.

When you create an order with miscellaneous items or bundles, AudienceView generates any passes automatically. When generated, AudienceView lists these passes in the passes section of the Customer Services application Order|Summary page.
