Preprinting enables you to generate ticket numbers or gift certificate/card redemption numbers without physically printing a ticket. If you use this option, the order’s print status is changed to Printed. This is useful if you do not print tickets in-house.
To preprint tickets, gift certificates or gift cards, complete the following:
- Open the Customer Services application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Order tab.
The Order|Search page appears.
- Search for and select the order that you want to work with. For more information, refer to Searching for an Order.

Click next to the 'Print' button and select Preprinted Tickets. |
preprint or reprint a specific ticket and/or gift certificates/cards, |
Open the page that contains the item you want to preprint, if applicable.
Select the 'select?' check box next to the item you want to print.
Return to the Order|Summary page.
Click next to the 'Print' button and select Preprinted Tickets. |
The application generates the applicable ticket numbers and/or redemption numbers.
A window confirms that the application preprinted the items.
- Click 'OK'.
