The Advanced Order Search provides you with additional search criteria to search for orders. Your organization may have created additional searches using the Business Intelligence and Reports application.
To use the Advanced Order Search, complete the following:
- Open the Customer Services application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Order tab.
The Order|Search page appears with the Default Order Search open.
- Click 'Load New Search'.
The saved searches section appears, displaying all available searches.
- Click on the Advanced Order Search link.
The Advanced Order Search appears.
- Enter the search criteria into the applicable fields.

- Click 'Search'.
The search results appear in the select orders section. If multiple pages of search results are displayed, you can use the '<< Previous' and 'Next >>' buttons to view the additional pages.
