Adding an Offer to an Order Using the Offers|Summary Page

To add an offer to an order using the Offers tab, complete the following:

  1. Open the Customer Services application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Offers tab.
    The Offers|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the offer you want to add to an order. For more information, refer to the Customer Services - Offers|Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Offers|Summary page appears.
  4. Click 'Add to Order'.
    The Order|Summary page appears and the offer has been added to the order.
  5. Complete the order.
