To create a request, complete the following:

Open the Customer Services application from the AudienceView Desktop.

Select the Order tab.
The Order|Search page appears.

Search for and select the order you want to add a request to. For more information, refer to Searching for an Order.
The Order|Summary page appears.

Select the Seats tab.
The Seats|Search page appears.

Search for the performance you want to create a request for. For information, refer to Searching for a Performance Using the Seats|Search Page.

Information
The 'Available Seats' column displays the number of seats currently available. If there is no value, this could mean that the performance is currently sold out. You can verify the seating availability by selecting the check box next to the performance and clicking 'Availability'. |

Select the check box to the left of the performance you want to create a request for.

Click 'Request Seats'.
The Order|Seats|Requests page appears.

Information
When a seating request is added to an order with an active promotion code, only the non-promo price types are currently displayed. |

To request seats for more than one price type, you must add a separate request to the order. |

Enter the request details into the applicable fields of the requests section. For more information, refer to Customer Services - Order|Seats|Requests Page.

Caution
When creating a seat request, the seat must be part of an available price type within the selected price zone. If it is not, you'll receive a validation error. |

Information
If the request status is Chargeable pending fulfillment, the amount due reflects the cost of the request. If the request status is Not chargeable pending fulfillment, there is no amount due. |

Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the application updated the order.

Click 'OK'.
