The Order|Order History|Gift Certs/Cards page enables you to search for information that is specific to gift certificates and/or gift cards purchased on an order. Once the gift certificate or gift card is redeemed, the history also displays information about the order and tickets purchased with the gift certificate or card.

Gift Cert/Card Number |
Enables you to filter the search based on the gift certificate/card number.
To add additional fields, click  or press CTRL+TAB once you have made an entry. |

Stored Value Name |
Enables you to filter the search based on the name of the gift certificate/card.
To add additional fields, click or press CTRL+TAB once you have made an entry. |

Gift Cert/Card Redemption Number |
Enables you to filter the search based on the redemption number of the gift certificate/card.
To add additional fields, click or press CTRL+TAB once you have made an entry. |

Recipient |
Enables you to filter the search based on the name of the person receiving the gift certificate/card.
To add additional fields, click or press CTRL+TAB once you have made an entry. |

Printer Message |
Enables you to search based on any message included on the gift certificate/card.
To add additional fields, click or press CTRL+TAB once you have made an entry. |

Amount |
Enables you to filter the search based on the amount of the gift certificate/card. You can enter a single amount or range. |
|
Balance |
Enables you to filter the search based on the balance remaining on the gift certificate/card.
To add additional fields, click or press CTRL+TAB once you have made an entry. |

Expiry |
Enables you to filter the search based on the expiry date of the gift certificate/card.
In some places, it is illegal for gift certificates/cards to have an expiry date. Consult your accounting team regarding your organization's situation. |

Update Date |
Enables you to filter the search based on the date the gift certificate/card was modified. You can enter a single date or date range.
Enter a date or relative date into the field or click  or  to select the date or relative date.

Update User Name |
Enables you to filter the search based on the user name of the person who updated the gift certificate/card.

Update Role |
Enables you to filter the search based on the role of the person who updated the gift certificate/card.

Gift Certificate Record State |
Enables you to filter the search based on the type of record in the order’s gift certificate/card history:

Delete: A removed gift certificate/card

Insert: An added gift certificate/card

Update: An updated gift certificate/card

Redeemed Status |
Enables you to filter the search based on the status of the gift certificate/card (e.g. Redeemed, Not Redeemed). |

Page Size |
Enables you to specify the number of records to display per page returned in the results. |

The date and time that the delete, insert or update record in the order’s gift certificate/card history occurred. |

Gift Certificate Record State |
Indicates whether the action was:

Delete: A removed gift certificate/card

Insert: An added gift certificate/card

Update: An updated gift certificate/card

Amount |
The amount purchased on the gift certificate/card. |

Balance |
The balance remaining on the gift certificate/card. |

Expiry |
The expiry date of the gift certificate/card.
