Deleting a Gift from an Offer

To delete a gift from an offer, complete the following:

  1. Open the Customer Services application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Offers tab.
    The Offers|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the offer that you want to work with. For more information, refer to the Customer Services - Offers|Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Offers|Summary page appears.
  4. Select the 'del?' check box beside the donation you want to remove.
    • To select all of the displayed donations, click 'Select All'.
      Checkmarks appear in all of the displayed donation check boxes.
    • To deselect all donations, click 'Deselect All'.
      The existing checkmarks are removed from all of the displayed gifts check boxes.
  5. Click 'Delete'.
    The selected gifts are removed from the offer display.
  6. Click 'Apply'.
    A window confirms that the application updated the offer.
  7. Click 'OK'.
