Deleting an Admission from an Offer

To delete an admission from an offer, complete the following:

  1. Open the Customer Services application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Offers tab.
    The Offers|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the offer that you want to work with. For more information, refer to the Customer Services - Offers|Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Offers|Summary pages appears.
  4. Select the Seats tab (along the top of the page).
    The Offers|Seats page appears.
  5. Select the performance that you want to remove admissions from.
    The section expands to display all of the admissions for the selected performance.
  6. Select the 'del?' check box beside the admissions that you want to remove.
    • To select all of the admissions, click 'Select All'.
      Checkmarks appear in all of the displayed admission check boxes.
    • To deselect all of the admissions, click 'Deselect All'.
      The existing checkmarks are removed from all of the displayed admission check boxes.
  7. Click 'Delete'.
    The selected admissions are removed from the offer display.
  8. Click 'Apply'.
    A window confirms that the application updated the offer.
  9. Click 'OK'.
