Deleting a Miscellaneous Item from an Offer

To delete a miscellaneous item from an offer, complete the following:

  1. Open the Customer Services application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Offers tab.
    The Offers|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the offer that you want to work with. For more information, refer to the Customer Services - Offers|Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Offers|Summary page appears.
  4. Select the 'del?' check box beside the miscellaneous items that you want to remove.
    • To select all of the displayed miscellaneous items, click 'Select All'.
      Checkmarks appear in all of the displayed miscellaneous item check boxes.
    • To deselect all of the miscellaneous items, click 'Deselect All'.
      The existing checkmarks are removed from all of the displayed miscellaneous item check boxes.
  5. Click 'Delete'.
    The selected miscellaneous items are removed from the offer display.
    • To revert to the original offer, click 'Reload'.
      The Offers|Summary page refreshes, restoring the deleted miscellaneous items to the offer.
  6. Click 'Apply'.
    A window confirms that the application updated the offer.
  7. Click 'OK'.
