Adding a Gift to an Existing Offer

You are able to add gifts to offers. The gift will carry with it a dollar value and will be the only item in the offer that carries a dollar value on the offer.

To add a gift to the offer, complete the follwoing:

  1. Open the Customer Services application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Offers tab.
    The Offers|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the offer that you want to work with. For more information, refer to the Customer Services - Offers|Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Offers|Summary page appears.
  4. Select the Gifts tab.
    The Gifts|Search page appears.
  5. Search for and select the desired gift.

  6. Click 'Add to Offer'.
    The Offers|Summary page appears with the gifts section in the offer summary group box.
  7. Enter the gift information:
    • Appeal: The desired appeal for the donation
    • Fund Name: The name of the desired fund
    • Donation Amount: The amount of the donation
  8. Click 'Apply'.
    A window confirms that the application updated the offer.
  9. Click 'OK'.
