You are able to create a new offer for a customer or agent. Offers behave similarly to orders in that they can be created initially and have items attached to them such as admissions or bundles. You are also able to gather instances of admissions, bundles and more, and bring them to a new instance of an offer as well. For more information, refer to Customer Services - Offers|Summary Page.
To create an offer, complete the following:

Open the Customer Services application from the AudienceView Desktop.

Select the Offers tab.
The Offers|Search page appears.

Click 'Create New'.
The Offer|Summary page appears. For more information, refer to Customer Services - Offers|Summary Page.

Add the appropriate items to the offer:

Select the Seats tab and search for the performance(s) you want to add to the offer.

Select the Bundles tab and search for the bundle(s) you want to add to the offer.

miscellaneous items to the offer, |
Select the Miscellaneous Items tab and search for the miscellaneous item(s) you want to add to the offer.

gifts to the offer, |
Select the Gifts tab and search for the gift that you want to add to the offer.
For more information, refer to Adding a Gift to a New Offer. |

Hint
At anytime, click 'Update Details' to view the updated offer summary without saving the offer. |

If you want to add a customer or agent to the offer, refer to Adding a Customer to an Offer.

Enter the name of the offer into the 'Offer Name' field.

Enter the date or relative date that the offer will no longer be available into the 'End Date' field or click or to select the date or relative date.

Once this date has passed, the inventory will be released. If the 'End Date' is updated after the original date has passed and the inventory is still available, it will be added back to the offer.

Select an option from the 'Redemption Type' dropdown:

Partial: The offer can be partially accepted.

Full: The entire offer must be accepted.

Information
If you are going to use Partial offers, ensure that the keepSeats option is selected (highlighted) for the TSorderBO property for the group(s) that will be accepting partial offers. For more information, refer to Enabling Partial Offer Acceptance. |

Enter any additional offer details into the applicable fields of the offer summary section.

Click 'Create'.
A window confirms that the application created the offer.

Hint
To cancel an offer before you save the offer, click 'Create New' or 'Next Customer'. Once you save the offer, it can no longer be cancelled. |

Click 'OK'.

If you want to allow Online customers to use the scheduled payment option, the 'Offer Type' dropdown must be set to Renewal and the 'Balance Due Date' must be at least three months in the future. |
