Adding a Miscellaneous Item to a New Offer

In the same manner that you can add miscellaneous items to a new order, you are able to add miscellaneous items to a new offer. To add miscellaneous items to a new offer:

  1. Open the Customer Services application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Miscellaneous Items tab.
    The Miscellaneous Items|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the miscellaneous item that you want to add to the offer. For more information, refer to the Customer Services - Miscellaneous Items|Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Miscellaneous Items|Details page appears.
  4. Enter the number of miscellaneous items that you want to add to the offer in the 'Quantity' field.
  5. Click 'Add to Offer'.
    The Offers|Summary page appears.
  6. Enter the appropriate information in the offer summary group box.

  7. Click 'Create'.
    A window confirms that the application created the offer.
    To cancel an offer before you save the offer, click 'Create New' or 'Next Customer'. Once you save the offer, it can no longer be cancelled.
  8. Click 'OK'.
