Adding a Gift to a New Offer

You are able to add gifts to offers. The gift will carry with it a dollar value and will be the only item in the offer that carries a dollar value on the offer.

To add a gift to the offer:

  1. Open the Customer Services application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Gifts tab.
    The Gifts|Search page appears.
  3. Search for the gift that you want to add to the offer. For more information, refer to the Customer Services - Gifts|Search Page and Performing Searches.
  4. Select the radio button next to the gift that you want to add to the offer.
  5. Click 'Add to Offer'.
    The Offers|Summary page appears with the gifts section in the offer summary group box.
  6. Enter the appropriate information in the offer summary group box.

  7. Click 'Create'.
    A window confirms that the application created the offer.
    To cancel an offer before you save the offer, click 'Create New' or 'Next Customer'. Once you save the offer, it can no longer be cancelled.
  8. Click 'OK'.
