Deleting a Bundle from an Offer

To delete a bundle from an offer complete the following:

  1. Open the Customer Services application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Offers tab.
    The Offers|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the offer that you want to work with. For more information, refer to the Customer Services - Offers|Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Offers|Summary page appears.
  4. Select the Bundles tab (or click on the hyperlink in the 'Price Type Count' column for the bundle).
    The Offers|Bundles|Seats page appears.
  5. To view the bundle admissions broken out by performances in the bundle:
    1. Select the individual performance containing the admissions that you want to remove.
  6. To view the bundle admissions by bundle instance:
    1. Select the Bundles tab.
      The Offers|Bundles|Bundles page appears.
    2. Select the bundle instance that you want to view.
  7. Select the 'del?' check box beside the bundle admissions that you want to remove.
    • To select all of the displayed bundle admissions, click 'Select All'.
      Checkmarks appear in all of the displayed bundle admission check boxes.
    • To deselect all of the bundle admissions, click 'Deselect All'.
      The existing checkmarks are removed from all of the displayed bundle admission check boxes.
  8. Click 'Delete'.
    The selected bundle admissions are removed from the offer display.
    • To revert to the original offer, click 'Reload'.
      The Offers|Summary page refreshes, restoring the deleted bundles to the offer.
  9. Click 'Apply'.
    A window confirms that the application update the offer.
  10. Click 'OK'.
