You can add a donation to already existing offers. The donation will carry with it a dollar value and will be the only item in the offer that carries a dollar value on the offer.
In the same manner by that are able to add miscellaneous items to an existing order, you can add miscellaneous items to an existing offer.
To add miscellaneous items to an existing offer, complete the following:

Open the Customer Services application from the AudienceView Desktop.

Select the Offers tab.
The Offers|Search page appears.

Search for and select the desired offer. For more information, refer to the Customer Services - Offers|Search Page and Performing Searches.
The Offers|Summary page appears.

Select the Miscellaneous Items tab.
The Miscellaneous Items|Search page appears.

Search for and select the desired miscellaneous item. For more information, refer to the Customer Services - Miscellaneous Items|Search Page and Performing Searches.
The Miscellaneous Items|Details page appears.

Enter the number of the desired miscellaneous items you want to add to the offer in the 'Quantity' field.

Click 'Add to Offer'.
You are navigated to the Offers|Summary page with the miscellaneous items section appearing in the offer summary group box and the number of desired miscellaneous items displaying.

Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the application updated the offer.

Click 'OK'.
You are returned to the Offers|Summary page.
