The End of Day Balance tab contains several reports that enable you to view your daily financial and order data, if you have the appropriate permissions.
You can run these reports with additional parameters using the Business Intelligence and Reports application. The End of Day Balance tab has the following pages:

Summary: Displays the Payment Details report which displays payments and/or refunds (refunds, cancels, and voids) processed by you for a given time period.

Orders: Displays the Order Detail by User Role report which summarizes orders with admissions created by you for a specific date range.

Users: Displays the Daily Payment Summary report which totals processed payments for a specific date range for all users.
For more information, refer to End of Day Balance|Users Page.

Tickets: Displays the Sold Tickets report which displays the number and value of seats sold, returned, and changed by you for a specific date range.

By default, these pages display information for today. However, you can use criteria to filter the report for other dates and/or times. If you do not enter the time, 00:00:00 is assumed. If you want to the include data from the entire day of the date you select, be sure to set the time from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59.
End of Day Balance|Summary Page
The End of Day Balance|Summary page displays the Payment Details Report. This report displays payments and/or refunds (refunds, cancels and voids) processed by you for a given time period. The report displays all applicable orders, allocated or not.
End of Day Balance|Orders Page
The End of Day Balance|Orders page displays the Order Detail by User Role Report. This report summarizes orders with admissions created by you for a specific date range. Once displayed, you can click the order number to view the Order|Summary page. The report displays all applicable orders, allocated or not.

This report does not display orders that do not contain admissions. Orders that you did not create are not included in the report. |
End of Day Balance|Users Page
The End of Day Balance|Users page displays the Daily Payment Summary Report. This report totals processed payments for a specific date range for all users and displays results by user, user role and payment type. Once you display this report, you can view the End of Day Balance|Summary and End of Day Balance|Orders pages for any user with orders displayed on the report.

The End of Day Balance|Tickets page displays the Ticket Sales Report. This report displays the number and value of seats sold, returned, and changed by you for a specific date range. The report displays all applicable orders, allocated or not.
