Customer Number |
Enables you to filter searches based on those customers with a customer number within the specified range.
Contacts associated to a customer will have the same customer number. |
Customer Class |
Enables you to filter searches based on the customer’s class.
To select more than one customer class, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections. |
Order Number |
Enables you to filter searches based on those orders with an order number within the specified range. |
Created on |
Enables you to filter searches based on those orders created within the specified date range.
Enter a date or relative date into the field or click or to select the date or relative date.

User Name |
Enables you to filter searches based on the user name of the ticket seller who created the order.
To add additional fields, click or press CTRL+TAB once you have made an entry. |
Amount Due |
Enables you to filter searches based on those orders with an amount owing equal to the amount entered.
To add additional fields, click or press CTRL+TAB once you have made an entry. |
Delivery Method ID |
Enables you to filter searches based on the delivery method associated to the order.
To select more than one delivery method ID, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections. |
Performance Start Date |
Enables you to filter searches based on the date of a performance with admissions in the order. You can enter a single date or a date range.
Enter a date or relative date into the field or click or to select the date or relative date.

Performance Request Status |
Enables you to filter searches based on the status of a performance admission request included in the order.
- Cancelled: Performance request has been cancelled.
- Chargeable Pending Fulfillment: Cost of the seats is added to the order in which the request is created. The request has not been fulfilled, but when/if it is, the customer will not be charged again for the cost of the seats.
- Filled: Request has been filled.
- Not fillable: Request cannot be filled.
- Not chargeable pending fulfillment: Cost of the seats is not added to the order in which the request is created. The request has not been fulfilled, but when/if it is, the customer will be charged at that time for the cost of the seats.
To select more than one performance request status, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections.

Price Type ID |
Enables you to filter searches based on the price type included in the order.
To select more than one price type ID, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections. |
Price Zone ID |
Enables you to filter searches based on the price zone included in the order.
To select more than one price zone ID, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections. |
Hold Zone ID |
Enables you to filter searches based on the hold type included in the order.
To select more than one hold zone ID, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections. |
Section ID |
Enables you to filter searches based on the admission section.
To add additional fields, click or press CTRL+TAB once you have made an entry. |
Row |
Enables you to filter searches based on the admission row.
To add additional fields, click or press CTRL+TAB once you have made an entry. |
Pass ID |
Enables you to filter searches based on the pass number associated with the admissions. |
Ticket Status |
Enables you to filter searches based on the status of one or more tickets included in the order.
- Printed: The ticket has been printed.
- Cancelled: The ticket has been printed and then cancelled.
- Re-entered: A scanning status indicating that the ticket holder was scanned out and back in.
- Ticket Not Found: A scanning error indicating that an invalid ticket was scanned.
- Ticket Used: A scanning status indicating that the ticket was successfully scanned.
- Used (In): A scanning status indicating that the ticket was successfully scanned in.
- Used (Out): A scanning status indicating the ticket was successfully scanned out.
- Wrong Gate: A scanning error indicating an attempt by the ticket holder to gain access through the wrong gate.
- Wrong Performance: A scanning error indicating an attempt by the ticket holder to gain access to another performance.
The states above are set as the ticket is scanned using AudienceView’s Access Control.

Bundle ID |
Enables you to filter searches based on the selected bundle included in the order.
Enter the name of the bundle or click to search for the bundle(s). For more information, refer to The Find Bundles Dialog Box. |
Performance |
Enables you to filter searches based on the performance code included in the order.
Enter the name of the performance or click to search for the bundle(s). For more information, refer to The Find Performances Dialog Box. |
Page Size |
Enables you to specify the number of records to display per page returned in the results. |
Search Type |
Enables you to choose the appropriate type of matches you are expecting:
- Match Any: When you want to search for records containing one or more of the search terms you selected.
- Match All: When you want to search for records that contain all of the search terms you selected.
