Creating a Data Management Job

Once the script and script definitions have been configured and the source files are on the server, you can create a data management job.

To create a new data management job, complete the following:

  1. Open the Utilities application from the AudienceView Desktop application.
  2. Select the Data Management tab.
    The Data Management|Search page appears.
  3. Click 'Create New'.
    The Data Management|Schedule page appears.
  4. Enter a unique name for the data management job in the 'Name' field.
  5. Optionally, enter a brief description of the data management job.
  6. Select the desired script definition from the 'Script Definition' dropdown.

  7. Schedule the the data management job.
    For more information, refer to Scheduling a Data Management Job to be Run.
  8. Click 'Create'.
    A window confirms that the application created the data management job.
  9. Click 'OK'.
