Utilities - Data Management|Search Page

The Utilities application Data Management|Search page allows you to search for and select previously saved data management jobs. When the 'Search' button is clicked, results that match the entered search criteria are displayed in the select scheduled job section. When a data management job is selected the Data Management|Schedule page appears, allowing you to view the basic details of the selected data management job and edit its scheduling.

The default Utilities application Data Management|Search page enables you to search for existing data management jobs using the following criteria:

Field Description
Name Enables you to filter the search based on the name of the data management job.
To add additional fields, click or press CTRL+TAB once you have made an entry.
Description Enables you to filter the search based on the description of the data management job.
To add additional fields, click  or press CTRL+TAB once you have made an entry.
Owner Enables you to filter the search based on the owner/user who created the data management job.
Enter the user name or click to search for and select the user. For more information, refer to The Find Users Dialog Box.
Script Definition Enables you to filter the search based on the script definition used for the data managemment job.
Values will only appear in this field after a script definition has been created in the General Configuration application Script Definition|Edit page. For more information, refer to General Configuration - Script Definitions.
To select more than one script, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections.
Page Size Number of records to display per page returned in the results.
Search Type Specifies the type of matches that you are expecting:
  • Match Any: When you want to search for records containing one or more of the search terms you selected.
  • Match All: When you want to search for records that contain all of the search terms you selected.
