Extracting Tax Receipt Data
Describes how to extract donor data to print tax receipts. You can print thank you letters at the same time or use the Utilities application Pledges|Thank You Letters page to print them separately.
Extracting Thank You Letter Data

The Utilities application will extract a downloadable file in a format specified by you (Mail Merge, CSV, XML or PDF). You can then use this file to generate your printed receipts and/or thank you letters. For more information on using the mail merge format, refer to Using Mail Merge to Print Tax Receipts and Thank You Letters.
