If the scanner does not have the model information clearly labelled on the body, you can identify the model using Windows.
To identify the model of scanner you are working with, complete the following:

- Click 'Start' and then click 'Settings'.
- Click the 'System' tab and click 'Symbol Settings'.
- Click the 'System' tab. You will find the Windows version information under OEM Name.

- Double-click 'System Info'. You will find the model information on the 'System' tab under OEM Name.
