Troubleshooting Access Control Login Problems

Use the table below if you are having trouble logging on:

Issue Then
Your password has expired If the application prompts you to change your password, refer to Changing Your Access Control Password.
You cannot log on If you do not enter the correct username and password combination, you can try again. Make sure you typed your password correctly. Passwords are case sensitive. If you have forgotten your password, speak to your system administrator.
You have forgotten your password If you forgot your username and password, speak to your system administrator.
You have been locked out of the application If you fail to enter the correct password after a predetermined number of attempts, you will be locked out of the application. Contact your system administrator to reset your password.
