The Ticket Sales report displays the number and value of seats sold, returned, and changed by role for a range of performances, roles and sales dates. You can choose whether to display net values (excluding taxes and service charges) or total values (including taxes and service charges).
You can use this report to determine which performances have had admissions fully paid or removed over the course of a sales date range. The breakout of price types is useful for daily sales reporting purposes.
Only those performance service charges charged against the price chart’s model are included in this report.

Ticket Sales Report Output
The following image illustrates a sample report.
Ticket Sales Results (Net and Total Values Displayed by User Role)
Only those performance service charges charged against the price chart’s model are included in this report.
The following table describes the report’s output:
Column |
Description |
Sales |
The total number of tickets sold and the value of those tickets. If you chose to display net and total values, separate columns are included for taxes and service charges. |
Price Changes |
Displays a count and total for those tickets that had a price type change (for example, an adult ticket modified to a junior ticket) or a ticket’s price manually overwritten.
If a price was overwritten without changing the price type, you will only see a price change, not a count. This is because there was no change to the price type, only to the value. |
Returns |
Displays a count and total for those tickets that were returned. |
Net Sales |
A sum of Sales, Price Changes, and Returns. |
Net Percentages |
The percentage the line item is of the total. For example, the percentage of sold tickets that are 'Adult'. |
